Simple Shrimp Salad

Yield: 1 pound


Ingredients:

16oz 26/30ct Texas Shrimp – Cooked, Peeled, Deveined & Cooled

3oz Kraft Extra Heavy Mayonnaise

1oz Onion – Finely Diced

1oz Celery – Finely Diced

1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Old Bay Seasoning


Shrimp

* Simmer together 12oz beer of choice, lemon juice & Old Bay

* Add shrimp and continue simmering

* Once shrimp are curled, take largest and check for doneness

* Cool shrimp

* Peel & devein shrimp – Chill


Dressing

* Place mayonnaise in bowl

* Add lemon juice

* Add Old Bay


Finish

* Place chilled shrimp in a bowl

* Add onions & celery

* Add dressing
