Swordfish

Juice of 3 lemons

1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup dry white wine

2 cloves crushed garlic

3 Tablespoons chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon oregano

salt and pepper to taste

4 swordfish steaks


Combine all ingredients except swordfish and mix well.

Marinate swordfish in mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Drain and heat the remaining liquid.


Place swordfish steaks under the broiler. 

Broil and baste with the heated marinade.
