Tilapia

2 cups diced watermelon

1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro

juice of 2 limes

salt and pepper to taste

4 tilapia fillets


Combine all ingredients except tilapia in a bowl. 

Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour.

Salt and pepper tilapia, and broil or grill until fish flakes.

Serve with refrigerated mixture.
