Tuna

1 stick of butter

grated zest of 1 lime

1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro

1/4 cup lime juice

salt and pepper

4 tuna steaks


Salt and pepper tuna and cook to desired doneness (bake, grill, broil, sear, etc.)


As tuna cooks, melt butter in a small pan. 

Add lime zest and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat and add cilantro.


Arrange tuna on plates.

Add lime juice to the butter mixture and pour over tuna.
