- Juice of 3 lemons
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 swordfish steaks
- Combine all ingredients except swordfish and mix well.
- Marinate swordfish in the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Drain and heat the remaining liquid.
- Place swordfish steaks under the broiler.
- Broil and baste with the heated marinade.
