Swordfish Recipe


Swordfish Ingredients
  • Juice of 3 lemons
  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 swordfish steaks

Swordfish Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except swordfish and mix well.
  2. Marinate swordfish in the mixture for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Drain and heat the remaining liquid.
  4. Place swordfish steaks under the broiler. 
  5. Broil and baste with the heated marinade.
