Shuck and eat. We rotate our offerings every week and usually try to have a local oyster as well as a couple varieties from New England and Canada.

A New England favorite, the soft-shell Ipswich steamer clam is a must for any serious clambake. Availability usually depends on the weather.

From Prince Edward Island. Eat them steamed with butter, white wine, garlic, and red pepper flake as a main course, or add them to paella or pasta.
