Shrimp Salad Ingredients

Yield: 1 Pound

  • 16 oz 26/30ct Texas Shrimp – Cooked, Peeled, Deveined and Cooled
  • 3 oz Kraft Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz Onion – Finely Diced
  • 1 oz Celery – Finely Diced
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Old Bay Seasoning

Shrimp Salad Instructions
  1. Simmer a 12 oz beer of choice, lemon juice, and Old Bay together
  2. Add shrimp and continue simmering
  3. Once shrimp are curled, take the largest ones and check for doneness
  4. Cooled shrimp
  5. Peel and devein shrimp – Chill

Dressing Instructions

  1. Place mayonnaise in a bowl
  2. Add lemon juice
  3. Add Old Bay

Serving Instructions

  1. Place chilled shrimp in a bowl
  2. Add onions and celery
  3. Add dressing
