Shrimp Salad Ingredients
Yield: 1 Pound
- 16 oz 26/30ct Texas Shrimp – Cooked, Peeled, Deveined and Cooled
- 3 oz Kraft Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1 oz Onion – Finely Diced
- 1 oz Celery – Finely Diced
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Old Bay Seasoning
Shrimp Salad Instructions
- Simmer a 12 oz beer of choice, lemon juice, and Old Bay together
- Add shrimp and continue simmering
- Once shrimp are curled, take the largest ones and check for doneness
- Cooled shrimp
- Peel and devein shrimp – Chill
Dressing Instructions
- Place mayonnaise in a bowl
- Add lemon juice
- Add Old Bay
Serving Instructions
- Place chilled shrimp in a bowl
- Add onions and celery
- Add dressing
