Caesar Salad Ingredients
Yield: 4 Salads
- 16 oz Wild Salmon – Grilled or Blackened
- 12 oz Romaine – Washed and Cut
- 4 oz Croutons
- 2 oz Grated Romano
- 2-3 oz Caesar Dressing
Caesar Salad Instructions
- Wash, cut & dry Romaine
- Mix Romano throughout Romaine
- Add Croutons and mix throughout
Dressing Instructions
- Prepare Salmon
- Lightly coat Salmon with vegetable oil
- Cover with blackening seasoning
- Blacken Salmon in a hot pan with minimal vegetable oil
Serving Instructions
- Option 1: Crumble Salmon and mix throughout
- Option 2: Place the fillet next to or on top of the salad
