Caesar Salad Ingredients

Yield: 4 Salads

  • 16 oz Wild Salmon – Grilled or Blackened
  • 12 oz Romaine – Washed and Cut
  • 4 oz Croutons
  • 2 oz Grated Romano
  • 2-3 oz Caesar Dressing

Caesar Salad Instructions
  1. Wash, cut & dry Romaine
  2. Mix Romano throughout Romaine
  3. Add Croutons and mix throughout


Dressing Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon
  2. Lightly coat Salmon with vegetable oil
  3. Cover with blackening seasoning
  4. Blacken Salmon in a hot pan with minimal vegetable oil


Serving Instructions

  • Option 1: Crumble Salmon and mix throughout
  • Option 2: Place the fillet next to or on top of the salad
