Tilapia Recipe


Tilapia Ingredients
  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tilapia fillets

Tilapia Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients except tilapia in a bowl. 
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. Salt and pepper tilapia, and broil or grill until fish flakes.
  4. Serve with the refrigerated mixture.
