- 1 stick of butter
- Grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Salt and pepper
- 4 tuna steaks
- Salt and pepper tuna and cook to desired doneness (bake, grill, broil, sear, etc.)
- As tuna cooks, melt butter in a small pan.
- Add lime zest and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add cilantro.
- Arrange tuna on plates.
- Add lime juice to the butter mixture and pour over the tuna.
